I had just a little gift for Christmas, but I was bummed to find out that because of some manufacturing problems, it wouldn’t arrive on time. They offered me a complete refund, which I took, planning to reorder in the New Year. Imagine my shock and happiness when a courier showed up with the package on Christmas Eve! Big thanks to the Clan team!

Super quick and effective service. Awesome selection of even hard-to-find tartans. The overseas shipping and customs fees were pretty steep, but since I was in a rush for the item, I went with it.

I got a Clan Tube Scarf as a gift, and honestly, it’s probably the worst thing I’ve ever bought online. The ends look like they were chopped with garden shears, and the seam pattern is all over the place. Plus, the ends are all frayed. The material is so light that you could fold it down to the size of a big postage stamp. This was supposed to be a gift, but I’d be too embarrassed to hand it over. The company wouldn’t even give me a refund. Maybe some of their stuff is decent, but any business that sells such low-quality items is one I’d steer clear of. Just a heads up. £20+ wasted - absolutely disgraceful.

Their response really shows what they think of their own product. They’re basically admitting it’s junk. By the way, the reason the edges curl is that it’s made from paper-thin polyester. Check out the other reviews for this item, and you’ll see everyone’s saying the same thing. Seriously, you’ve been warned - stay away from this company.

I got 3 scarves that finally made it to the US after some hiccups with Royal Mail. Whenever I emailed about the delivery, they got back to me quickly and in a nice way. Dealing with the folks at this company was a breeze, and I’d definitely suggest their products and service. Just keep in mind that delivery might take a bit longer for places outside of Scotland.

The customer support team was super involved and quick to respond while we searched for the right inventory for me. When the product arrived in the US, the tartans were top-notch and just what I was looking for.

I got myself a tube scarf and thought the description on the product page was spot on, but I was shocked by how poorly the ends were finished. They weren't cut straight at all—my 5-year-old could've done a better job! I requested a refund because of the shoddy workmanship, but they turned me down. I won't be buying from this company again or suggesting it to anyone. I really wish I could share some photos to show just how bad these tube scarves are.

This company really put in the effort to ship my order fast, even with the holiday rush and a looming strike. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Awesome! The clan plaque showed up today and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It's crafted by hand and has a classy finish, making it a perfect gift for my dad this Christmas.

I got a tartan sash for a Burns supper, and they had the tartan of my family. The ordering process was super quick and simple. Really nice quality!

I got a tartan cashmere scarf as a present for my partner's mom in Poland. It was kinda last minute, but Hamish and his crew hustled to ensure it got there before our flight. The quality is stunning. An ideal gift, crafted in Scotland by skilled artisans!

Spent £132 on six 'tube scarves' and honestly, what a letdown.
- hems don’t line up; feels like cheap fabric
- colors are totally different from what was shown
- cut is all ragged and uneven

I’d be super embarrassed to gift these.

Total waste of money.

My kilt showed up yesterday, and Scotweb clan made certain I got it just in time for a wedding. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. It's even better than what the tartan photos show. If you're after quality, these folks are the way to go; they only deal with the best producers and artisans. This kilt is simply stunning and fantastic. Kudos to the whole team!

I've got around six kilts, all made by the finest in Scotland. I gotta say, the Balmoral kilt I just got from clan.com is easily the prettiest tartan and highest quality kilt in my collection. Big shoutout to Hamish for dealing with my endless emails about the delivery!
